Shell Structure: Made using a composite sandwich system. The outer and inner skins consist of fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) panels with a high-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam core, creating a lightweight, rigid, and thermally efficient shell

Walls, Roof, Floor: All panels—walls, roof, and floor—are this composite sandwich. There is no wood framing anywhere. Floors use a composite fiberboard (not plywood), which offers high strength at minimal weight.

What is the current availability of the Havn?

The Havn is currently sold out. We are taking deposits for the 2027 model year. Production timelines are estimated at approximately six to seven months from reservation, depending on scheduling.

What deposit is required to reserve a Havn?

A standard 10 percent deposit is required to secure a build slot.

What happens if interest rates increase after I place a deposit?

Financing is typically finalized closer to delivery. Market rates at that time will determine final loan terms. We can discuss timing strategies to help mitigate rate concerns.

Where can I see a Havn in person?

Havn units can be viewed at Rossmönster HQ and select shows throughout the year. Availability varies due to production scheduling.

Design & Customization

Can I see photos or video of the pop top interior and exterior?

Yes. We have both interior and exterior photos of the Havn with the pop top configuration available. We are happy to share current media and walk through layout details.

What interior color options are available?

The standard interior finish is White Oak. Walnut is also available as a darker wood option.

Do you offer an invisible induction cooktop?

At this time, we do not offer an invisible induction cooktop. The Havn comes equipped with a premium induction cooking system designed for durability and performance.

Are there alternate TV locations?

Yes. One alternate location places the TV across from the bed above the kitchen area. The mount system allows flexibility, and we can review placement options depending on your layout preferences.

Can the rear double seats be replaced with storage?

Yes. The rear seats are mounted on L-track, allowing modular flexibility. We can explore options such as a storage bench or additional cabinetry. The Havn already includes substantial built-in storage.

Can the Havn be customized?

We offer thoughtful customization within our engineered design parameters. Structural changes and major engineering modifications are limited to ensure build integrity and long-term reliability.
