Encore

Encore is a Baja Plus built for an owner who had already lived in one and came back knowing exactly what he wanted next. It starts with a Ram 5500 on super single Michelin XZLs and Liquid Springs, topped with a paint-matched composite shell, and a pass-through to the cab.

Inside, white oak, Corian, and black leather make it feel like home. A full wet bath with a teak floor and Rixen hydronic heat with heated floors mean cold mornings at altitude start warm. There's even floor storage by the table post, a natural home for the dog's bowls.

With 1,200Ah of lithium, 1,000W of solar, and a 12V Nomadic AC, there's no reason to plug in or head home early. The dinette turns into a second bed, and a flip-down TV makes movie night possible from anywhere. Out on the trail, a Come Up Seal winch, an ARB twin air compressor, and a full Baja Designs and Rigid lighting package handle the hard parts. The lighting runs on two sPOD systems: driving lights draw from the truck battery and camp lights from the house batteries, so lighting up the campsite never costs you a morning start.

Encore isn't a first try. It's the second chapter, built by someone who already knew how good the first one was.
