Thanks to a last-minute opening from a wedding cancellation, we scored the September 18 through 20 weekend exclusively for Rossmonster owners. Friday, September 18 • Travel & Kickoff
Travel day. Arrive when you can. The afternoon is yours to settle in, walk the camp, and meet folks.
- 8:00 AM – Optional Ride & Drive caravan departs Rossmönster HQ* — Coffee and donuts before wheels-up. Caravan is optional, feel free to head straight to camp.
- 11:00 AM – Check-in opens at the welcome tent — Pick up your welcome packet, ask questions, sign up for Saturday flyfishing.
- 12:00–4:00 PM – Settle in — Park, unpack, hike a quick loop, or just sit. No programming.
- 4:00–6:00 PM – Happy Hour & Welcome — Drinks, charcuterie, and the official kickoff. Meet the team and your fellow owners.
- 6:00 PM – Welcome Dinner — Dinner is on us tonight. Thanks for coming!
- After dinner – Campfire & s’mores — Pull up a chair. Stories, good vibes, and zero agenda.
Saturday, September 19 • Main Event
Parallel tracks all day, pick what you want, skip what you don’t. Hiking and mountain biking routes are self-guided and open all morning. See the next few pages for more info on self-guided activities.
- 7:30–9:00 AM – Coffee & breakfast — Camp kitchen open, coffee & breakfast provided. Help yourself.
- 8:45 AM – Day kickoff & activity intros — Quick gather to walk through the day’s options.
- 9:00 AM–12:00 PM – Guided Flyfishing — Sign-up required pre-arrival.
- 10:00–11:30 AM – Class: Mechanical Education Session — Hands-on session for owners by guests Warner Service Center. Questions welcome.
- All morning – Self-guided hiking & mountain biking — See route suggestions on the next page. Go at your own pace.
- 12:00–2:00 PM – Lunch on your own & downtime — Bring-your-own lunch. Nap, explore, regroup.
- 2:00–3:30 PM – Class: Finding Camping Spots — How to scout, how to know when to keep driving, the apps and maps that actually work.
- All afternoon – Camp Games (drop-in) — Cornhole, ladder ball, frisbee golf, etc. Stop by whenever.
- 4:00–5:30 PM – Class: Camp Cooking — Live demo with Caroline Farny. Come hungry, there will be tasting.
- 5:30–6:15 PM – Day recap & Q&A with Rossmönster leadership — Bring your questions. Nothing is off the table.
- 6:30 PM – Potluck Dinner — Bring a dish to share, anything from a salad to a Dutch-oven masterpiece. We’ll provide proteins and sides; you fill in the rest.
- 8:00 PM – Raffle — Stick around. Warner Vans is putting up a $1,200 extended warranty for any rig under 3 years old and under 36,000 miles.
- 8:30 PM – Campfire stories — Music, tall tales, marshmallows. Bring a chair and a beverage.
Sunday, September 20 • Slow Send-Off
Easy morning. Coffee, goodbyes, and road.
- 7:30–9:30 AM – Coffee & breakfast — Last camp kitchen of the weekend.
- 9:30–10:00 AM – Group photo, goodbyes & souvenir thank-yous — Don’t sneak out, we want everyone in the picture.
- 10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Pack up & final hangs — Trade contact info, finish coffee, take your time.
- 12:00 PM – Wheels up, safe travels home — Drive safe. We’ll miss you already.
